出现这个错误时是使用 tensorflow==2.0.0 里面的 keras from tensorflow import keras
如果换成使用单独的keras ，则报错消失：
pip3 install keras
具体原因估计是：tf-keras 与 keras 的细微区别导致吧，先记录一下！
